- 1-2 Prenatal Visits (~2 hours each, scheduled at weeks 33 & 35)
- Support in creating a birth preferences plan
- Discussion/practice comfort measures and positioning for labor
- Overview of breastfeeding and the postpartum period
- Support in preparing a postpartum plan
- 24/7 Phone, text and email support from hire through 2 weeks postpartum
- Continuous labor support through the first 2 hours postpartum
- Physical, emotional and informational support during labor & delivery
- Use of my TENS unit, specifically for labor use
- Breastfeeding support
- 1-2 postpartum visits in your home
- Photo-documentation of your birth

Childbirth Education
In-person overnight or daytime postpartum support, location dependent
3 hour childbirth education class
3 hour lactation and babycare class
(discount for birth doula clients)
