- 1-2 Prenatal Visits (~2 hours each, scheduled at weeks 33 & 35)

Postpartum Support &
Childbirth Education
In-person overnight support or daytime postpartum support (location dependent). Postpartum support looks a little different for everyone, depending on your unique needs. We offer feeding support, sleep support, baby care, light meal preparation and light house hold chores. And guidance in all of these to help you settle into the new normal.
3 hour childbirth education class- Designed to meet you where you are at and get you ready for labor and birth, in whatever birth setting you are intending.
3 hour lactation and babycare class – To learn how to feed and take care of your newborn. We will do a deep dive into lactation and how your body can continue to grow your baby on the outside. We will also go over babycare, practice some skills, and address fears/concerns you may have about bringing your newborn home.
(Classes are taught in your home or our Tacoma area office. Discount for birth doula clients)
