Classic Birth Package

  • 1-2 Prenatal Visits (~2 hours each, scheduled at weeks 33 & 35)
  • Support in creating a birth preferences plan
  • Discussion/practice comfort measures and positioning for labor
  • Overview of breastfeeding and the postpartum period
  • Support in preparing a postpartum plan
  • 24/7 Phone, text and email support from hire through 2 weeks postpartum
  • Continuous labor support through the first 2 hours postpartum
  • Physical, emotional and informational support during labor & delivery
  • Use of my TENS unit, specifically for labor use
  • Breastfeeding support
  • 1-2 postpartum visits in your home
  • Photo-documentation of your birth

Postpartum Support &
Childbirth Education

In-person overnight or daytime postpartum support, location dependent

$60-65 per hour

3 hour childbirth education class

3 hour lactation and babycare class 

(discount for birth doula clients)

(Travel fee may apply)

$300
